From a manual process to working software
Home • How we work
You show us how the work happens. We build around it.
01The arc
Four steps. Nothing hidden in any of them.
Understand
Sit with the team and map the work as it runs.
Design
Turn the process into screens, rules and outputs.
Build
Show working software every week.
Hand over
Train the team. Leave the code, data and documentation.
02Start small
Begin with a process audit.
A short paid engagement: we sit in the office, map the process, and hand over a written note on what is worth automating and what is not.
It is the most direct way for both sides to establish whether the rest is justified, and nothing obliges you to build afterwards.
Adapt a module that already runs
Configure a working module to your office — venues, tariff, roles, approval chain, letterhead. About a month, fixed price.
Build to your specification
A system designed for your process from the start, where nothing existing fits. Scope and price fixed in writing before work begins.
Digitisation only
Existing registers captured, validated and made searchable, with no new workflow. Priced by volume, agreed on a sample.
03What it feels like
We build it with you.
Nobody disappears for three months and returns with a surprise.
- No disruption to the work going on around it
- Your feedback goes in weekly, not at the end
- Trained at the desk, with a printed card at the counter
- Source code, database and credentials handed over
Start with the smallest step
A short process audit establishes whether the rest is justified. Nothing is committed at the end of it.
